Calvert Is Home

Hi there, I’m Adam, the father of 4 awesome kids, and Calvert County is where I now call home. Born and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland near Andrews Air Force Base (aka Joint Base Andrews). I graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2002 (Go Terps!) with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. My chosen career path led to pursuing jobs as a private investigator conducting insurance fraud investigations, and then as a contract investigator conducting background investigations on behalf of the United States Government OPM, holding a Top Secret security clearance.
I was always interested in real estate. My parents owned investment properties, and I often accompanied them as a child and teenager to visits to one of their rental properties for any of the necessary tasks required to own and manage residential real estate. Working in Waldorf after college, I saw a sign at the Long & Foster next door for real estate classes being offered.
Licensed through the Maryland Real Estate Commission in April 2004 as a Salesperson. Then in 2007, completed all of the broker course requirements, passed the broker exam and became licensed as an Associate Broker. I thoroughly enjoy assisting others with buying or selling a home, renting a property, property management, or leasing a commercial space. Some agents care about sales numbers and their bottom line. I care more about you, your family, and the place you call home.
I have sold hundreds of homes throughout the State and Southern Maryland over the past 21 years, and I look forward to assisting you, your family, friends and co-workers with any real estate needs you/they may have.
Please feel welcome to call, email or text anytime. I look forward to speaking with you.
Have a great day!
Adam Dickerson, Associate Broker, REALTOR®
